The challenge: A recruitment open day is a time-sensitive event — the social campaign needs to communicate date, location, available roles, and call-to-action clearly enough to drive attendance, in a short promotional window where most of the audience will see the content once and make a fast decision.
The approach: The design prioritises information hierarchy over aesthetic complexity. Date, time, and location are treated as primary visual elements — not buried in caption copy. High-contrast colour blocking ensures key details are scannable at a glance on mobile, where recruitment audiences are most likely to encounter the content. The flexible grid system accommodates role category additions without requiring layout rebuilds for each format variation.
Mobile-first execution: Safe zone placement, generous padding, and consistent spacing ensure the layouts perform cleanly across all Instagram display contexts — feed, Stories, Reels cover — without text being clipped or key elements falling outside the safe area on different device screen ratios.
What was delivered: Instagram carousel templates, Reels cover layouts, and Story sequences in all standard sizes (1080×1350, 1080×1080, 1080×1920), editable source files, and export-ready assets optimised for immediate publishing.
