The challenge: One Experiya needed Instagram content that competes in a saturated travel feed — where every post is competing against destination photography from accounts with millions of followers. The goal was scroll-stopping content that communicates specific offers clearly enough to generate direct enquiries, not just impressions.
The approach: The design system uses bold typographic hierarchy as the primary attention signal — large, confident headlines that communicate the destination or offer before the visual even registers. Destination-led imagery is treated within a consistent compositional framework rather than used as-is, giving the feed visual cohesion without sacrificing the variety that keeps followers engaged.
Content architecture: Four content pillars were defined — Destination Spotlight, Itinerary Tips, Limited-Time Offers, and Traveller Testimonials — each with its own template format and caption framework. This structure gives the team a publishing system that maintains brand consistency while covering the full range of content types that drive both organic reach and direct enquiries.
What was delivered: Full set of Instagram templates across all key formats (1080×1350, 1080×1080, 1080×1920), editable Adobe source files, Canva equivalents, caption starter frameworks per content pillar, and a hashtag strategy guide segmented by destination type and audience intent.
The outcome: A travel content system designed to generate enquiries, not just engagement — with clear offer callouts and WhatsApp-forward CTAs built into every conversion-oriented template format.
